Tim BradleyTim Bradley, owner

Tim Bradley began his career in commercial real estate in 1987, after graduating from University of Texas with an MBA in real estate and finance. He moved to Jackson in 1999 after two years with Kenneth Leventhal & Company and a 10 year career as a commercial appraiser in Dallas, Texas. Tim specializes in the leasing and sale of office, retail, and industrial property in Jackson Hole. He has closed over 200 commercial leases and sales in Jackson since 2002.

Tim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. He has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, the highest designation available for commercial appraisal. Tim is a graduate of Leadership Jackson Hole, a past president of the Board of Directors of Teton Literacy Program and recipient of their Founder’s Award, and has served on the board of directors for Rotary Club of Jackson Hole and Teton Board of Realtors. In 2021, Tim was re-appointed by the Governor of Wyoming to serve on the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for a second three year term.

Ray ElserRay Elser, Owner

Ray’s interest in real estate  began in 1976 as a carpenter framing houses in Sandy, Utah and Boise, Idaho.  He received his real estate license in 1980 and began his career at Pioneer Realty in Jackson. In 1983, he moved to San Antonio, Texas to join Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services to lease and sell industrial real estate.  Returning to Jackson in 1993, Ray’s work in real estate has involved commercial and residential real estate. Recently he has assisted clients in the acquisition and sale of ranches & recreational land.

For 13 years, Ray served on the Town of Jackson Planning and Zoning Commission & Board of Adjustments. He served on the Board of Directors of the Teton Board of Realtors, and was its president in 2000-2001; and served as president of the Wyoming Association of Realtors in 2005. In March of 2010, the governor appointed Ray to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
