Tim Bradley represented the tenant in this subdivision of a retail lease and subsequent lease assignment and expansion of space for a Domino’s Pizza and Rally’s Pet Garage. The Domino’s franchise was sold, and the new franchisee wanted to downsize the space and remodel. Tim assisted in negotiating the new Domino’s lease and brought Rally’s Pet Garage in to take the unwanted space. The property is located within the KMart Plaza.
