For many years, this building housed a portion of Jackson State Bank. When the bank decided to move their investment advisors to another location, Contour represented Moo’s Gourmet Ice Cream in the 201 master lease of the building, and then subleasing half of the space to another tenant. Moo’s location on the northeast corner of the Square quintupled their business!
